Refund policy

At The Collective Vault, we want every order to arrive safely and as described. Please review our return and refund policy before purchasing.

By placing an order with The Collective Vault, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.

All Sales Final

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, sealed products, graded cards, and other TCG products, all sales are final once an order has shipped.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, market price changes, condition opinion changes, opened products, or tampered products.

Exceptions

We will only review a return, replacement, store credit, or refund request if the item arrives damaged, incorrect, not as described, or if the issue is due to a mistake on our end.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or canceled before they are shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, not as described, or the issue is due to our mistake:

Sealed products that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with

Trading card singles removed from their protective packaging

Graded cards removed from their graded case or damaged after delivery

Discounted or final-sale items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake, an incorrect item, or an item arriving damaged.

Returned items must be shipped securely with tracking. The Collective Vault is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

If the issue is approved, we will work with you to make it right through a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
