Shipping policy

At The Collective Vault, we take care to package and ship every order securely. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

By placing an order with The Collective Vault, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, sales, new inventory drops, or periods of high order volume.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, package size, weight, and shipping destination.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our mistake, an incorrect item, or an approved damaged item claim.

Shipping Methods

We ship using reliable shipping carriers and provide tracking when available.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.

Packaging

Trading card singles, graded cards, sealed products, and other collectible items are packaged with care to help protect them during transit.

Packaging methods may vary depending on the item type, order size, and shipping method selected.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

The Collective Vault is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

The Collective Vault is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first for assistance.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box.

Approved damaged item claims may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address, cancel the order, or modify the shipment.
