The Collective Vault sells trading card singles, sealed products, graded cards, and other collectible TCG products.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, or suspicious activity.

Product Information

Trading card condition can be subjective. While we make every effort to inspect and describe cards accurately, customers are encouraged to review product photos and descriptions before purchasing.

Graded cards are sold based on the grade assigned by the grading company shown on the product listing.

Sealed products are sold as sealed unless otherwise stated. Once sealed products are opened, unsealed, or tampered with, they are no longer eligible for return or refund except where required due to our mistake.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice.

Because collectible products can change in market value, we do not honor price adjustments after an order is placed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product listing errors, or inventory errors. If an error affects your order, we may contact you, cancel the order, or issue a refund.

Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Orders are not guaranteed until payment is completed and the order is accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, or incorrect shipping information.

Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

The Collective Vault is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or other events outside of our control.

Once an order is shipped, tracking information may be provided when available.

If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, The Collective Vault is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier for delivery issues.

Returns and Refunds

All TCG products, trading cards, sealed products, graded cards, and collectible items are final sale once shipped unless the item arrives damaged, incorrect, not as described, or the issue is due to our mistake.
